LAPSWIMMING

Daily 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM; Adult Pool

This is an individual swim to keep you active and heart healthy. Swimming is easy on the body and joints using all the major muscle groups promoting health and fitness.

WATER AEROBICS

October – April; Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM; Adult Pool
May – September; Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM; Adult Pool

This club is for water aerobic exercise that is easy on joints and builds cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and upper and lower body strength. Exercises are designed for seniors to burn calories doing low impact activities to achieve high level benefits.

WATER VOLLEYBALL

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM; Kool Pool *Weather Permitting*

This club is more about laughing than winning. Come out for fun in the sun as you bat the volleyball over the net in the shallow water. Everybody is welcome regardless of skill level.
