This is low impact aerobic exercise for senior ladies to help maintain flexibility and bone and muscle mass. Done to music, each individual can exercise at their own intensity level even sitting down in a chair if necessary.


September – May; Monday & Wednesday & Friday 8:00 AM; MPH

This exercise class promotes fitness, balance and mobility to help you stay independent, active and strong. This is exercise to promote cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility.


Mon & Wed & Friday 8:00 AM; Rec Hall

Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits, using a system of slow, smooth body movements to relax and strengthen both body and mind.


November – April; Wednesday, 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM; MPH

Yoga postures to strengthen your mind, body and soul. Yoga not only feels great but provides improved balance, flexibility, concentration and focus.

ZUMBA GOLD is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success.
