Rules for the Common Areas: Section 1 - General Rules C. Use of Private Streets 3. Golf-cart operators shall have a valid or expired operator's license. No minors without a valid driver's license may operate golf carts on TE property.
Please keep this in mind when your grandchildren or other young visitors are begging to drive your cart - our rules prohibit it. Additionally, all golf cart passengers should remain seated in a designated seating area while the cart is in operation.

This means no hanging off the back or sides, which is very dangerous.

For your safety, remember to always face oncoming traffic when walking.
